Custom Cabinet & Furniture Shop Helper (McKinney, TX)

We’re a small, growing custom cabinet and furniture business looking for a reliable, hands-on shop helper to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys woodworking, working with their hands, and wants to grow with a quality-focused company.

Position Details:

• Part-time or full-time positions available

• Monday–Friday daytime hours (some flexibility)

• Pay starting at $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

Duties Include:

• Preparing and milling materials

• Basic sanding and assembly

• Shop cleanup and organization

• Assisting with deliveries and installs

• Helping with small tasks around the shop as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (we’ll train if needed)

• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, work on your feet, and handle heavy materials

• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions

• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Some woodworking experience is a plus but not required

Bonus if you have:

• Cabinet shop, carpentry, or finish work experience

• A good driving record (for helping with deliveries)
